Environmental Studies Specialist

Accountability

• Manage and implement Digital Workplace Access Passport system as a tool for ensuring eligibility of personnel to enter Company’s working area.
• Provide support in development and assurance the implementation of HSE training program, in regards with HSE Training matrix update.
• – Maintain accessibility and validity of controlled documents of HSEQ Integrated Management System.
• Liaise with external providers in related to HSE issues (e.g. communication media and training).
• Provide support in development of Company HSEQ 4 Year Plan and HSEQ Annual Plan on work program and budgeting aspects.
• Provide support to ensure HSE compliance to regulations and Company requirements and policies as part of verification of compliance process.
• Provide support to ensure the development, implementation, and monitoring of HSE Plan on HSE aspect.
• Provide support on reporting HSE matters periodically via application of SHERPA and INDACO .
• Provide support in the implementation of Contractor HSEMS (pre-qualification and performance feedback).
• Conduct and support HSE audit/assessment/inspection to measure the HSE Performance.
• Provide support to ensure implementation of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 Management System.
• Provide support and advise to operation team on Safety and Environmental issues.
• Participate in Emergency Management Team as Document Unit Leader.
• Comply with requirements of the Safety, Health and Environmental laws of Indonesia and to obey the corporate policy of Company on Safety, Health and Environment, and to practice Company Safety Systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor degree in relevant subject, preferably in Engineering degree.
• Professional Qualification:
• 3-7 years of experience in HSE, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Safety Management System, Safety Audit, Safety Prevention & Protection, and Regulation Requirement.
• Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Technical Competencies

• Basic understanding on HSE.
• HSE Management System.
• ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
