Occupational Safety Health and Environmental Protection for PT. WIRA CIPTA PERKASA is something that cannot be compromised and has the highest priority. Creating a work environment that is free from incidents is the main goal, to achieve this we must ensure the safety of ourselves and our colleagues and the protection of the environment. This can only be achieved if we have a full commitment to create safe work practices and a healthy environment.

Wira Cipta Perkasa as a company engaged in the field of Oil And Gas Services with the vision “Become a well-established company, competent in the oil and gas industry both nationally and globally and provide good benefits for employees and shareholders as well as stakeholders” is determined to become a leading Oil And Gas Services Company in Indonesia and the world. PT. Wira Cipta Perkasa is committed to always implementing the QHSE Management System based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 37001:2016.
As an effort to realize the commitment mentioned above, PT. Wira Cipta Perkasa strives to:
- Provide quality assurance of services and products in accordance with applicable requirements as a form of company service to customer satisfaction.
- Make efforts to prevent work accidents (target zero accident) and occupational diseases on an ongoing basis by providing workplaces and facilities, by providing safe and healthy workplaces and facilities, as well as controlling OHS risks from activities in the company.
- Make efforts to prevent and control environmental pollution, by controlling the environmental aspects resulting from
environmental aspects resulting from processes in the company. - Comply with laws and regulations related to customer requirements, OHS and the environment, as well as other applicable provisions and other applicable provisions.
- Provide media and guarantee the implementation of consultation and participation related to WIMS, especially for workers.
- Improve and maintain employee competence and awareness of QHSE.
- Provide Stop Work Authority to employees and partners when hazards are encountered without adequate risk control.
- Carry out Audit and Management Review at least once a year in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 37001:2016.
- Planning, implementing, monitoring and developing performance as well as conducting continuous improvement of WIMS management.

- Creating a bribery and corruption free business environment by prohibiting bribery with zero tolerance and conducting business according to an honest and professional code of ethics and business ethics in order to realize zero bribery.
- Comply with laws and regulations and other requirements related to anti-bribery.
- Raise all employees’ awareness of anti-bribery in good faith, or on the basis of reasonable belief, without fear of retaliation.
- Authorize the Management Representative to serve as an anti-bribery compliance committee that has the independence to carry out its responsibilities and authority to ensure anti-bribery compliance.
- Require all associates performing work in the company’s area to apply the same or higher standards of anti-bribery standards as the company.
- Plan, implement, monitor and develop performance and conduct continuous improvement of WIMS management.
- Sanctioning violations of the Anti-Bribery policy, whether individual or group, by way of Termination of Employment (PHK) and or criminalizing the person concerned to the applicable law in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.
This policy must be realized, understood, and implemented by all management, employees, and partners who work or are associated with PT Wira Cipta Perkasa. This policy is currently in effect and will be reviewed periodically to improve company performance.
